About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Manager/Senior Manager of Marketing to lead demand-generation efforts and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to elevate pWin.ai’s brand, generate high-quality leads, and create impactful campaigns that position us as a leader in the GenAI space. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), offering significant opportunities to shape the marketing function and influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns encompassing digital, content, events, and social media marketing.
  • Design, execute, and optimize campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), drive product awareness, and support revenue goals.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create compelling value propositions, key messages, and win themes that drive competitive differentiation and market demand.
  • Partner with external vendors and collaborators to enhance demand generation programs.
  • Engage in monthly webinars and customer events with Sales to align efforts and strategies.

Lead Content-Driven Campaigns:

  • Execute continuous, multi-channel campaigns that establish thought leadership, drive product awareness, and generate demand (MQLs).
  • Promote demand generation campaigns tailored to different audiences by writing and adapting copy for digital marketing efforts.
  • Support product marketing initiatives by amplifying content such as blogs, white papers, and podcasts created by the product marketing team.

Evaluate and Report Performance:

  • Develop the right marketing and sales metrics to evaluate and report on campaign performance across the entire sales funnel.
  • Regularly communicate marketing results and insights to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Results-driven marketer with 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the US or EMEA markets.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive rapid revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in account-based marketing (ABM) and collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance tracking and reporting using marketing tools.
  • Experience running successful ABM and BDR campaigns in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning trends and their application in B2B marketing.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an inclination towards innovation and creative problem-solving.
